About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate III to join our team at Coach. As a Sales Associate III, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make informed sales recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and styling options.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and customer interactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, visual merchandising, and backroom areas to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash registers systems, basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, with mobility to maneuver the sales floor and stock room.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to five pounds and at times lift and carry product/cartons up to fifty pounds.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high retail traffic and sales days.
