Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in students, playing a crucial role in their development and academic success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' communication abilities and identify areas of need
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Offer consultation and training to school staff on communication strategies and best practices
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working in a school setting, preferably with students with diverse communication needs
  • Knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
