  • Crime Deterrence: Act as a visible deterrent to prevent and detect crime while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, clients, and visitors while ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
  • Incident Reporting: Notify supervisors and on-site staff of any irregularities, suspicious activities, security breaches, and/or safety hazards, and conduct standardized reports that are prompt, professional, and accurate.
  • Removal of Wrongdoers: Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area in a professional and safe manner.
  • Company Values: Embody and promote company values while operating as a highly visible deterrent on site.
  • Additional Duties: Perform various job-related duties as assigned, including submitting reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • MD GUARD CARD: Must possess a valid MD GUARD CARD.
  • Training: Must have successfully completed all state-mandated training.
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in security.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Communication Skills: Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional Appearance: Must project a professional appearance.
Compensation

USD $18.00/Hr.
