The Perioperative Registered Nurse will be working in an Ambulatory Surgery Center performing Perioperative procedures. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years' experience in Ambulatory Surgical Center/Vascular Access, Cardiac Cath Lab, or a combination of ASC, surgical, Interventional Radiology and ICU/CCU or emergency department experience.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Perioperative Registered Nurse in Baton Rouge, LA. This position provides direct patient care that regularly involves heavy lifting and moving of patients, and assisting with ambulation.

As a Perioperative Registered Nurse at Fresenius Medical Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. Requirements include a High School Diploma, Associate's Degree desirable, and Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.); Current appropriate state licensure and ACLS certification required; Proficient in the use of computers and related software such as Microsoft Office; Proficient in IV insertion; Proficient in cardiac rhythm recognition; Experience with Medical database software.
