Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join PruittHealth as an Interim Clinical Manager for Hospice Services. As a seasoned clinical leader, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical services, supervising the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring the highest level of care for our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and direct the agency's ongoing functions, maintaining liaison among the Governing Body, Professional Personnel, and staff.
  • Establish administrative procedures and maintain records to provide the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and outside agencies with current information required for operational decisions.
  • Facilitate effective communication among the hospice staff, hospice care team, and patients/family units and/or legal guardians/representatives when applicable.
  • Implement employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive partner-company relationship and promote a high level of partner morale.


Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years leadership experience is desired. Excellent understanding of Home Care regulations is required. Must be a Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills and currently licensed as an RN in the state where you will provide care. Additionally, must have current driver's license and valid automobile liability insurance, as well as current certification in basic life support CPR. Experience in hospice, home care, med/surg, or oncology is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with individuals and groups, as well as work a flexible schedule, is essential. Commitment to the Hospice concept and standards, skills in supervisory relationships and communication, and satisfactory results of criminal history check, Office of the Inspector General Sanction Check, and licensure validations are also required.
