Job Summary
This 13-week travel assignment in Carlsbad, NM, offers a unique opportunity to work in a critical care setting and develop your skills in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities
As a critical care travel nurse, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing direct patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues
  • Developing and implementing individualized patient plans
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a valid RN license in the state where you will be practicing and hold BLS certification. Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) is highly desirable.
