Phlebotomist Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our donors while also contributing to the development of life-saving plasma-derived medicines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess donor suitability and establish rapport to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
  • Monitor donor and equipment to ensure health and quality of product.
  • Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
  • Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Superior customer service standards.
  • Interest in making a difference in the world.
  • Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable.
