Job Title: Part-Time Pharmacy Agent

Join WholesomeCo Cannabis, a leading provider of medical cannabis services, as a Part-Time Pharmacy Agent. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping patients navigate our products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including cannabis strains, edibles, and other offerings.
  • Improve customer service in every facet of the business, from online orders to in-store interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with management and the pharmacist team to provide feedback and improve processes.
  • Complete all required medical, state, and company trainings in a timely manner.
  • Effectively communicate with team members using online tools like Microsoft, Google, Slack, and email.
  • Learn and speak about cannabis in medical terms, providing helpful information to patients.
  • Adhere to policies outlined in the WholesomeCo Employee Handbook.
  • Report to work on time and be a reliable team member.
  • Ensure patient and coworker safety at all times.
  • Learn about our products and help patients find the right ones for their needs.
  • Display a friendly, positive attitude and empathy towards patients and coworkers.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance the company.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, crouch, bend, and carry up to 50lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute flawlessly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Must pass a pre-employment/post-offer background check.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
