We are seeking a skilled Luthier Specialist to join our team at Guitar Center. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by maintaining and repairing their instruments.

• Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and provide expert advice on instrument maintenance and repair.
• Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Maintain store-owned gear and equipment, as requested.
• Complete warranty repair work and other tasks as assigned by management.

• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars and other stringed instruments.
• Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products, including instruments, accessories, and equipment.
