About the Role

As an FP&A Customer Success Manager, you will drive complex implementations of financial models and dashboards to help our customers succeed with LiveFlow. You will be responsible for onboarding customers, providing an ongoing best-in-class customer experience, and sharing relevant feedback with the product team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of our most important customers and help them to be successful using LiveFlow
  • Manage implementation and onboarding to ensure a top-notch customer experience
  • Build financial models to help our customers achieve their core business goals
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering to turn customer requests into products
  • Dive deep into our product, thoroughly understand customers, and be an expert in LiveFlow's solution

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of either:
    • Banking, finance, or accounting experience with client-facing exposure
    • Customer success experience working on a highly technical or financial product
  • Top-notch financial modeling skills: you should be extremely comfortable working with spreadsheets, including Index/Match, XLOOKUP, and complicated formulas
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Deep empathy for helping and working with customers
  • Sharp problem-solving skills
