Job Summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a skilled Vascular Ultrasound Specialist to join our team at our Indianapolis clinic. As a Registered Vascular Technologist, you will perform vascular ultrasound examinations of patients' lower extremities and other studies as needed, while maintaining efficient workflow and excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform ultrasound examinations to create Venous Flow Maps for treatment plan recommendations.
  • Assist physicians in explaining treatment plans to patients.
  • Set up and clean procedure rooms, exam rooms, and ultrasound rooms.
  • Perform additional ultrasound examinations as required by treatment plans.
  • Adhere to standard time allotments for each ultrasound exam.
  • Work with office staff to review ultrasound schedules and maintain patient load.
  • Develop and maintain quality of work and skills through continued education.
  • Maintain equipment and manage supply inventory.

Requirements

  • Certificate of Completion from an accredited Ultrasound program.
  • Registered Vascular Technologist, Registered Vascular Specialist, or Registered Phlebology Sonographer certification.
  • Cultural sensitivity and excellent patient care skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work as part of a team.
