We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lash Stylist to join our team. As a Lash Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, applying high-quality eyelash extensions, and educating clients on proper lash care.

• Client Experience: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for every guest, ensuring a friendly and helpful attitude throughout their visit.
• Lash Education: Educate clients on proper lash care and recommend exclusive after-care products to promote healthy and beautiful lashes.
• Product Knowledge: Understand and promote our products and memberships to clients, highlighting the benefits and value they offer.
• Service Quality: Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services, ensuring consistency and excellence in every application.
• Client Acquisition: Generate new clientele through our referral programs, building a loyal customer base and driving business growth.
• Work Environment: Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, adhering to industry standards and ensuring a safe and healthy workspace.

• Cosmetology License: Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license is required.
• Lash Experience: 1+ year of experience as a Lash Stylist is preferred.
• Volume Fans: 1+ year of experience with hand-made volume fans is preferred.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Reliability: Reliable transportation is required.
• Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Self-Learning: Ability to initiate self-learning and educate clients on products and services offered.
• Availability: Ability to work some weekends and evenings.
