Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot tensioner machining equipment, including tooling adjustment, presetting, and preventative maintenance.
  • Inspect and test parts to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Operate small quality testing equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and microscopes.
  • Read and interpret part prints.
  • Run one line at a time, ensuring efficient production.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Zero to two years of related experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience with 5S principles.
  • Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to run up to four lines.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Availability to work weekends as needed, with 24-hour notice.
