• Work closely with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to address them.
• Consult on organizational design, change management, and employee development initiatives.
• Implement key HR processes and programs, including talent review, performance management, and compensation.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on career pathing, advancement, and retention.
• Manage employee relations situations and maintain regular contact with diverse and high-potential employees.
