Key Responsibilities- Dispense prescribed medications and educate patients on proper usage and side effects.
- Conduct patient counseling and provide quality care to maximize positive health outcomes.
- Meet the minimum education requirements, including a doctoral degree in clinical psychology or counseling psychology, and a current unrestricted license.
- Complete a clinical internship and meet any additional requirements for specialties.
- Knowledge of psychological theories, principles, and techniques is essential.
- Valid unrestricted state-issued license to practice clinical or counseling psychology.
- Completion of Officer Training School course.
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 42.
