Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement training programs for medicine residents on psychological counseling and behavioral medicine
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of medicine residents in providing psychological services
- Coordinate the behavioral medicine educational program in the family medicine residency, including curriculum development and implementation
- Provide individual and family psychotherapy to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Master's or doctoral degree in psychology or a related field
- Experience in providing psychological services to patients, including training and supervision of medicine residents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
