We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in supporting the development of essential motor and life skills in K-12 students.
About the RoleThis full-time position is ideal for an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to make a positive impact in a school-based setting.
Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
- Direct Therapy: Provide high-quality therapy sessions focusing on fine motor skills, sensory integration, and functional skills to help students succeed academically and personally.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure seamless support and progress monitoring for students.
- Licensure: Active Pennsylvania OT license is required.
- Experience: Preference given to candidates with experience in pediatric or school-based therapy.
- Competitive Salary: $83,000 per year, based on national averages for Occupational Therapists in Pennsylvania.
