Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tile and Grout Technician to join our team. As a Tile and Grout Technician, you will be responsible for restoring tile surfaces to their original beauty, ensuring a sparkling clean and stress-free zone for our clients.
Responsibilities- Restore tile surfaces to their original beauty using advanced techniques and equipment
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals and objectives
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
- At least six months of experience working with grout and tile
- Ability to work 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with some potential weekend work
- Valid driver's license without restrictions
- Ability to walk for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging, and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing
