What You'll Do
  • Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to our residents
  • Assist with nurse-delegated tasks, including recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts
  • Enhance residents' quality of life through supportive communication and engagement in daily activities

No prior experience is required. We welcome individuals with a passion for caring for others. Our all-inclusive training program is designed to prepare you for success, including CNA certification upon completion.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs
  • Must pass a MN Background Check
