Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses, including geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty.
- Current, active MD licensure in the state of employment.
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice settings.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- A current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances.
