M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a skilled Control Panel Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for the design, layout, and installation of control panels, as well as the troubleshooting and repair of electrical control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and fabricate control panels, including the selection of control components and the preparation of Bill of Materials (BOMs)
- Install and test control panels, including the wiring and commissioning of electrical control systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems, including the use of multi-function meters and test equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- At least three years of experience in a shop environment and a minimum of one year of electrical experience
- Knowledge of control circuits, schematics, and line diagrams
- Ability to interpret specifications and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to lift up to 100 pounds. The successful candidate will be required to pass a background investigation and drug test.
