Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess a minimum of two years of experience working in Emergency Medicine specifically as a Physician Assistant. The responsibilities of the Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) will include providing care on a PRN basis within the University of Utah Hospital Emergency Department and other affiliated emergency facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of your role, you will be expected to:
- Conduct routine physical examinations.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, x-rays, and specialized imaging studies.
- Perform standard emergency department procedures.
- Engage in effective communication and collaboration with emergency department staff and consulting physicians.
