About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our community through email and other communication channels.
**Responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Fielding customer inquiries via email and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborating with our events team to provide backend support for CrossFit Games competitions
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of CrossFit programming, coaches, and events
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other productivity tools
