Your primary goal will be to ensure patient comfort and safety during mammograms, while also collaborating with the Mammography Technician team for accurate diagnosis.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform mammography examinations using specialized equipment to produce high-quality breast images.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures by providing clear instructions and maintaining proper positioning.
• Assess images for clarity and accuracy, adjusting equipment settings as needed to obtain optimal results.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide accurate diagnostic information.
• Maintain patient records, document procedures, and adhere to regulatory requirements for quality assurance.
Required Qualifications
• CMT and ARRT certification
• BLS certification
• Two years of recent Mammography Technician experience
• Strong communication and adaptability skills
