Key Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your duties will encompass:
  • Delivering resident care in alignment with established nursing standards and the prescribed care plan.
  • Implementing care strategies developed by our Nurse Manager.
  • Administering medications and treatments as outlined in the plan of care.
  • Monitoring residents' health conditions and reporting findings appropriately.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with provided orders.


Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state.
  • Clinical experience in sub-acute and/or long-term care settings is preferred.


Available Shifts:
We have openings for the following shifts: 3 PM - 11 PM and 11 PM - 7 AM.
