Job Summary

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the warehouse staff and ensuring the efficient management of deliveries, inventory, and tooling for the IES - Residential division in the McKinney, TX area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory and materials.
  • Develop and implement processes for managing inventory, deliveries, and tooling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work at heights, off of a ladder, and in confined spaces, with a maximum weight capacity of 50 pounds and ability to move up to 75 pounds.
  • Knowledge of inventory management software and systems, with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred.
