Job Summary

As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced dialysis environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer dialysis treatments to patients with end-stage renal disease
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Assist with patient education and training on dialysis procedures and self-care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and outcomes
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in dialysis or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic life support certification
