RN Educator NICU Part Time Educator

We are seeking a skilled RN Educator to join our team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As a Lactation Educator RN, you will provide expert care and education to patients and families in our NICU department.
Responsibilities- Provide lactation care and education to patients and families in the NICU department
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct lactation assessments and provide individualized education and support
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon
- International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification
- At least 3 years of experience providing lactation care in a Labor and Delivery, Post Partum, or NICU department
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
