We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Catheterization Specialist to join our team at CrossMed - Cath Lab. As a Cardiac Catheterization Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Summary:

The Cardiac Catheterization Specialist will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures. This includes preparing patients for procedures, monitoring their vital signs during the procedure, and providing post-procedure care.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures, including explaining the procedure and obtaining informed consent
  • Monitor patients' vital signs during the procedure, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation
  • Provide post-procedure care, including administering medications and monitoring patients for any complications
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
