About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls and inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries, routing them to the appropriate department or team member
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a dealership or automotive environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
