We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales and Restoration Professional to join our team at RCB Renovations.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a passion for helping customers restore their homes and buildings after storm events. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on storm restoration opportunities, specifically related to roofing projects.

About You

We are looking for a talented individual with a proven track record in sales, preferably in the roofing or storm restoration industry. Your extensive experience in assessing storm damage, specifically related to roofing systems, will allow you to thrive in this role. Additionally, your strong knowledge of various roofing materials, installation techniques, and related industry standards will enable you to provide expert guidance to clients.

You should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust, build rapport, and effectively sell roofing restoration services. Your ability to work independently, self-motivate, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets will make you a valuable asset to our team. Furthermore, your exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach, will ensure that you achieve win-win outcomes for both parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of storm-damaged properties, focusing primarily on roofing systems.
  • Collaborate with customers, insurance adjusters, and other relevant parties to accurately assess damage and determine the scope of necessary repairs.
  • Provide detailed and professional estimates, proposals, and presentations to clients, clearly outlining the recommended restoration work.
  • Educate customers on various roofing systems, materials, and industry best practices to help them make informed decisions.
  • Pursue and develop new leads, while maintaining existing client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure win-win outcomes for both parties.
  • Stay updated on local building codes, regulations, and insurance claim procedures to provide comprehensive guidance throughout the restoration process.
  • Collaborate closely with our roofing operations team to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion of restoration work.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and project details for reporting purposes.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive compensation package with a 10/50/50 split structure. Your commission will be based on gross profit, with ten percent going toward administrative costs. After overhead is taken out, profit is split 50/50 with the company. In addition to a salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, you will also enjoy cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and profit sharing benefits.

Schedule and Location

You will be working Monday to Friday with weekend availability. This role requires you to be on the road, so a valid driver's license and reliable mode of transportation are essential.
