Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide a personalized welcome
- Review daily arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities as needed
- Facilitate smooth check-ins for VIP guests

- Count bank at the beginning and end of each shift and ensure cash handling procedures are followed correctly

Requirements
- Prior customer service experience
