We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

As a Vetera
nary Care Provider, you will review behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal and conduct comprehensive in-person assessments for each Veteran.

You will also complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal. However, it is crucial to note that you will not make disability determinations; instead, the U.S. Veterans Administration makes all such decisions, utilizing findings recorded in the DBQs.

This role involves performing Disability Assessments exclusively for Veterans and does not involve treatment or medication prescription. On average, you will assess 4 Veterans per day.

The successful candidate will be engaged as an Independent Contractor and have the option to work part-time or full-time hours. This position requires in-person interaction with Veterans.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Ph.D. or Psy.D. degree from an APA-accredited program/school
  • An active and unrestricted Psychology license
  • Meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA
