Practice Overview:

  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Platform - EPIC
  • Outpatient Care in a dynamic and growing community
  • Hours:
    • Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
    • One Saturday a month: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm with flexible scheduling during the week
  • Treating Adults for acute visits, preventative medicine, and managing chronic illnesses
  • Access to Lab Services, x-ray, and EKG
  • Adequate Bilingual Support Staff to ensure efficient care
  • Proximity to Hospital and Specialists
  • Limited Call Schedule with phone calls only
  • Caring for Patients in a growing and diverse community

Requirements:

  • Board Certified/Eligible Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
  • Passion for Quality and Patient Care
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment and contribute to organizational goals and initiatives
