Pipefitter Journeyperson

This is a full-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of work experience in the pipefitting maintenance field. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of maintenance techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.

• Repair, installation, modification, routine inspection, troubleshooting, replacement, and testing of plant equipment.
• Ability to work from rough sketches or engineering drawings to perform fabrication work.
• Adhere to established industry safe work practices.
• Knowledge of and ability to conform to requirements of governing codes.
• Ability to weld and maintain certifications.
• Ability to work rotating shift assignments if assigned (based on seniority).

• Journeyman card.
• Welding experience.
• Expert in industrial safety as it applies to nuclear, radiological, or chemical processes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to multitask competing priorities and dynamic requirements in an industrial manufacturing facility.

• Starting rate: $51.97 per hour.
• Pay increases to $54.70 per hour after a successfully completed introductory period.
