$20.00-$30.00 Per Hour

Job Overview:

Ace Hardware Home Services is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician Helper to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will assist with servicing all system issues on time and to the customer's satisfaction. You will also assist with troubleshooting and repairing customer systems, scheduled maintenance, and warranty work.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with servicing all system issues on time and to the customer's satisfaction

  • Assist with scheduled maintenance
  • Assist with warranty work

Requirements:

  • EPA Certification
  • HVAC Education
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record
  • Clean and neat appearance with good customer service skills and a great work ethic
  • Excellent communication and people skills are a must
  • Superior organization skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Able to make decisions quickly

Physical Requirements:

  • Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
  • Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.
  • Ability to hear and speak to exchange information.
