MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society, is presenting a remarkable full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurology Inpatient physician.
The role involves managing an average daily census of 5-10 inpatient consults within the hospital, along with necessary follow-up care. The call coverage is structured at approximately 2:4, supported by an Internal Medicine Hospitalist service available to assist as needed.
This position is part of a well-established outpatient practice located within the same facility, comprising 3 physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner dedicated to ensuring continuity of care for outpatient needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Neurology physician to contribute to a growing practice.
COMPENSATION PACKAGEMedChi is offering a competitive compensation package for the right candidate, which includes:
- Salary aligned with MGMA standards.
- Malpractice coverage provided by the organization, including tail insurance.
- Comprehensive health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, along with retirement benefits.
- Generous time off policy: 27 days annually, plus an additional 5 days and $3,000 allocated for Continuing Medical Education (CME).
