Job Title: Factory Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Factory Team Member to join our production team at Emmi Roth USA. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cheese making process.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the operation of machinery and equipment used in the cheese making process to ensure efficient production.
  • Work closely with other production associates and team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
  • Load and unload raw materials and cheese using food manufacturing equipment, including hoists and conveyor systems.
  • Safely and efficiently move products and materials within the facility, following proper handling procedures.
  • Ensure all equipment and materials are set up and readily available for production activities.
  • Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operations and conduct regular quality checks.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas following proper sanitation and cleaning procedures.
  • Adhere to ERU food safety policies and all government food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a cheese making or food manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to safely operate electric pallet jacks.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time.
Work Environment:

The work environment at Emmi Roth USA is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on producing high-quality cheese products. As a Factory Team Member, you will be exposed to a moderate level of noise, wet and humid conditions, and cold temperatures. You will also be required to work in a team environment and adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.
