Job Opportunity

We invite you to explore a dynamic position as a Cloud Infrastructure Architect at ClinDcast, available on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing solution architecture, consulting, software development, integration, and business process management. This position offers flexibility with options for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrated experience in Telephony/VoIP with a focus on Contact Center applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions (CCaaS).
  • Expertise in the installation, implementation, and configuration of Genesys CX Cloud.
  • Proficient in strategizing migration from legacy contact center systems to the CCaaS Genesys platform.
  • Experience in designing call flows, IVRs, skills, permissions, roles, data points, and user management.
  • Understanding of communication infrastructure and device integration with CCaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud service providers such as Genesys, Google Cloud, and AWS.
  • Ability to configure and optimize cloud environments for telecom applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
  • Skilled in analyzing complex challenges and delivering effective solutions.
  • Capability to provide technical direction on cloud-based solutions to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Awareness of regulatory standards and industry requirements for cloud services in financial sectors.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving processes, requirements, and organizational changes.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and management skills to work collaboratively with clients and IT teams.
  • Experience in enhancing systems through research and design modifications.
  • Preparation of technical documentation based on data analysis and trends.
