Cardiac Telemetry Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Telemetry Nurse to join our team at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. As a Cardiac Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Monitor and manage patients with cardiac conditions, including arrhythmias, heart failure, and coronary artery disease.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on cardiac health and disease management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
