Compensation Package$145,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development and training.

Responsibilities
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for:
  1. Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the university's strategic plan and goals.
  2. Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, reports, and projections for senior leaders and stakeholders.
  3. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including federal and state reporting, tax filings, and financial audits.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and leadership. Key qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
  • At least 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in financial management.
