Specialty Artist

At Ulta Beauty, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Specialty Artist to join our team. As a key member of our MAC brand team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting the MAC brand to our guests.

• Provide personalized makeup consultations and demonstrations to guests, showcasing the latest MAC products and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored recommendations and solutions.
• Drive sales by promoting MAC products, services, and events to guests, and by maintaining a thorough knowledge of product offerings and features.
• Collaborate with the Experience Manager to develop and execute in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives that drive sales and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques, and share this knowledge with guests and colleagues to enhance their shopping experience.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology or demonstrator license preferred.
• Previous experience in cosmetics artistry or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• A competitive hourly rate of $27.00.
