Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in the Gallatin area. As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting students' communication skills, promoting academic success, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

About the Role
  • Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
  • Onsite preferred
  • Elementary caseload
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills
  • Developing individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results, IEP objectives, and input from parents, teachers, and other team members
  • Providing direct speech and language therapy services to students, including articulation therapy, language intervention, fluency therapy, and social communication skills training
  • Collaborating with teachers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, and other professionals to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans and activities
  • Monitoring student progress, documenting therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with legal and professional standards
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
  • School experience preferred; not required
  • Tennessee SLP license
  • CCCs or CF
