Dietary Therapist

OhioMeansJobs Lake County is currently recruiting for a Registered Dietician to fill a critical role in our healthcare team. This dynamic position involves working with diverse populations to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent chronic diseases.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the nutritional needs of individuals and families, developing personalized plans to improve their overall health, and collaborating with community partners to design and implement health promotion initiatives. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all services are delivered with compassion, respect, and cultural sensitivity.

1. Assess nutritional needs and develop effective intervention strategies for individuals and families.
2. Provide medical nutrition therapy and nutrition education to promote healthy lifestyles.
3. Collaborate with community partners to design and implement health promotion initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or a related field, as well as a license to practice from the State Medical Board of Ohio. Active RN-ANS/BSN licensure is also required. A valid State of Ohio driver's license with an acceptable driving record is necessary for travel to various locations throughout the service area. The estimated salary for this position is $24.42 per hour, based on experience.
