Job Overview:
Are you an experienced nurse practitioner with a passion for neurology? We invite you to consider a rewarding opportunity as a Neurology Nurse Practitioner with our team. In this position, you will collaborate with patients, physicians, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care and support for individuals facing neurological challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute personalized treatment strategies for patients, incorporating medication management and non-pharmacological approaches.
- Conduct regular follow-up appointments to assess patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and provide education and support.
- Work in partnership with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and a comprehensive approach.
- Educate patients and their families on managing conditions, understanding medications, and implementing lifestyle changes.
- Maintain precise and timely records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and optimizing care delivery.
- Perform thorough evaluations to accurately diagnose and treat patients with neurological disorders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in long-term care.
- Possession of a DEA License.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner License.
- Experience in neurology is preferred.

$60,000 - $120,000 per year.
