Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team of experienced professionals in Hollister, CA.

The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records, providing exceptional customer service, and developing and analyzing reporting for business operations and budgets.

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Provide recommendations to management team based on analysis and findings

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools such as QuickBooks
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
