Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve rehabilitation goals.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on physical therapy techniques and strategies for optimal recovery.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arkansas.
  • Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
