Job Title: Carpenter

CHB Enterprises LLC is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing various carpentry tasks, including installation, repair, and finishing work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete remodel projects, including framing, drywall, trim, paint, deck repair, roof repair, and general maintenance.
  • Perform rough and finished carpentry work, including kitchen and bathroom remodels.
  • Personal set of tools, maintaining tools in a safe and efficient operating condition.
  • Complete work-order reports daily.
  • Communicate in a cordial and respectful manner with customers and project managers.
  • Tech-savvy, taking pictures and ability to text or send via email.
  • Multi-task, do more than one job per day.
  • Maintain a clean job work site and professional appearance.
  • Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines.
  • Order and pick up materials as needed.
  • Attendance - showing up every day and being on time to shop and work sites.
  • May be required to perform other trade areas.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle that is equipped to carry large materials and a ladder.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in carpentry and trades experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills.
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
  • Use strong time-management skills to complete work within scheduled time frames.
