Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team at Russell Lands. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating a loader to transfer material from the pit to haul trucks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Operate loader equipment to transfer material from the pit to haul trucks, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  • Perform daily inspections and maintenance on the loader, including checking tire pressure, oil, grease, and diesel fuel levels.
  • Identify and report any issues or defects with the loader or surrounding equipment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth material transfer operations.

Requirements:


  • Valid operator's license and certification for loader equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
