As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing activities, including strong leasing and marketing efforts, scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins, and providing excellent customer service to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leasing and marketing efforts to attract new residents
* Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins
* Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)
* Provide excellent customer service to residents
* Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required

Requirements:

* One to three years of multi-family leasing experience
* Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
* Ability to take direction yet be self-motivated
* Be a team player, possess accountability, and be in alignment with company culture
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Computer literate with good organizational skills
* Must be available to work weekend hours

Schedule:

* Monday and Wednesday 9:00am – 1:00pm
* Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
